Smoothies are a great way to kick start your day, boost your energy, and nourish your body. The best smoothies are nutrient-dense, providing vitamins and oils necessary for good nutrition. 

1. Good thing about smoothies is that you can make them at home. A homemade smoothie for your morning meal is an excellent choice for breakfast on-the-go. You can make it minutes before you leave the house and sip it on your way to work, school or in your home office.

2. Smoothies are not time consuming. It would take you less time to make one than prepare a full meal. 

3. The number of healthy ingredients you can add to your smoothie is practically limitless. Besides your basic fruits and vegetables, you can add an array of various spices, herbs, superfoods, and other health foods. The possibilities and combinations are endless.
